Bone CA: Most cases of bone ca are other types of ca that have spread to the bone secondarily. Some pts with metastatic bone ca can live a long time, such as breast, kidney and prostate ca. Generally speaking you can't get rid of the ca in the bone, but symptoms can be managed with drugs and radiation.
