Taper: One should taper off of clozapine. However, you may need to add another similar medication to help with the symptoms clozapine is controlling. Discuss this with your doctor.

Clozapine: A slow off-titration should be used for Clozapine – usually a taper of 50mg/week MUST only be done under psychiatric supervision.
