I have been reading on endomusia syndrome and im curious, does there have to be any previous problems with the brain to get this?

Song plays in head: Endomusia is an obscure syndrome where songs replay in one' s head. There is very little online literature about it. It may be a symptom of obsessive-compulsive disorder. Could it be due to something else, like epilepsy? Not clear A mental health professional or a neurologist may be more helpful here, It happens at times to everybody for brief periods, though.
