Your description is worrisome but not hopeless by any means. It may take time to treat successfully and stabilize, but am impressed with the thoroughness of interventions. Agree with Dr. Colantino, but would add an EEG study to try to objectify brain physiology, as this would evaluate potential underlying seizure activity and the status of secondary effects on the brain.
