A member asked:

What are the best ways to deal with memory loss and dull brain syndrome due to menopause? does it get better? is all a myth?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

More of a myth!: Less you wiorry the better. Menopause is not a disease. It happens to all the women and they are expected to live normal lives. You will too if you do not get hung up about it. Your 'slowed' memory may be more related to anxiety...So do something to make you happy and cheerful ....Like taking daily walks and relaxation in the outdoors!
