I would like to know the difference between u-lipo and i-lipo and among these two which one has long lasting results?

The: I- lipo uses light to induce lipolysis while the U- lipo uses ultrasound to do the same. Both has modest short term effect. In my humble opinion and experience a waste of time and money. Most of the modest effect do not last for long. The treatments are expensive. Best see a Bariatrician and lose weight naturally
