Laser vs ual: In laser lipo, direct laser (hot energy) melts and burns tissues. In ual, the ultrasound energy creates cavitation ( disruption) in the fat both procedures should probably be used in the more difficult area of liposuction. Lipo: Almost the same. Laser lipo is using laser to break down the fat the liposuction. Ultrasonic laser lipo is the same except they use an ultrasonic liposuction machine.

No : Fertility has nothing to do with liposuction. Laser will make fat cell burst and the fat will be sucked out. Ultrasounds to the same thing and fat turned into oil will be sucked out. Both techniques have effect on the fat under the skin.
