Call your dentist: I would not do so without discussing with your dentist/endodontist. Especially if the teeth worked on are upper molars. Precaution is best policy

Yes: Rinsing your sinuses should have no effect on your root canal treatment.

DDS first: Speak with your dentist or endodontist. Make sure you are on an antibiotic if needed. The sinus pressure may be due to the teeth or it can be concurrent. Speak with the dentist and see your ENT if advised.
