Get an evaluation: This sounds typical of post treatment discomfort with a crown preparation and temporization. The puffy gums could be from the retraction process to used to capture the impression of the tooth. The pressure sensitivity can be from the bite (occlusion) on the temporary crown being a bit "high" or in the way. Get back to the treating dentist for an evaluation and possibly an adjustment.
