Ear pressure: This is a problem where your Eustachian tube isn't working well and you develop negative pressure or a small vacuum in your ears. This is common. First try to counteract the pressure by pinching your nose and blowing...this should "Pop" the ears. If not, use some nasal decongestant sprays to open this up and then try popping the ears. Next try nasal steroids, like Flonase OTC...keep popping
