Melatonin,sleep hyg.: This is Delayed Sleep Phase Disorder but should be readily corrected since you've not had it long. You can try natural sleep aids like valerian, passionflower, skullcap and hops. Meditating for 15 min. before you sleep can help you fall asleep & can also help anxiety.
