Melatonin,sleep hyg.: This is Delayed Sleep Phase Disorder but should be readily corrected since you've not had it long. Try melatonin 1 mg about 4 hours before you want to go to sleep & try "sleep hygeine." See http://tinyurl.com/84uggjt for details. You can try natural sleep aids like valerian, passionflower, skullcap and hops. Meditating for 15 min. before you sleep can help you fall asleep & can also help anxiety.
