i just love how nyquil knocks me right out and so much easier than trying to go to sleep normally. it usually takes me like 1-2 hours to fall asleep n i don't know why? ideas?

Nyquil: If you are not on other medications that cause dizziness and not drinking alcohol , then occasional nyquil is ok.
