No: As long as you maintain a well balanced diet the supplements are a waste of money. They are promoted as the building blocks of muscle, which is true, but so is a balanced diet. If you are spending 6 hours a day in the gym lifting weights, they might be a way to assure available nutrients.However, for the regular workout guy they are a waste of money.
