Most are: These supplements are fine in general. No one brand offers much more than another. They help your body in ways often accomplished by just a balanced diet. Your body will sort out what baby needs & your milk will be fine.

Eat your protein: I'm not a huge fan of protein powders. They put a lot of stress on your kidneys. You would do far better to eat your protein - try nuts, legumes, dairy, yogurt.
