IBS: 20 yo female with chronic "gas & bloating" & left abdominal & low back pain queries why. Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) can be associated with Hypermobility Syndrome, which can be associated with chronic low back pain that radiates to the hip region. See a Gastroenterologist followed by an Osteopath. If fever or urinary burning then be concerned for renal infection and seek urgent care.
