Probiotics: 1- gerd: consider taking otc acid reflux meds x 2 wks, may need to check if have h-pylori infection in stomach 2- constipation: make sure to increase fiber intake and fluid intake in your diet 3- irritable bowels: avoid causative food, supplement with probiotics and eat lots of yogurt, exercise regularily and avoid stressors as possible.
