Exam needed: Pains in that region can be from appendix, intestinal, urinary bladder or pelvic organ origin. I recommend being examined by a physician or gynecologist promptly as pelvic inflammatory disease and/or urinary bladder irritation or infection is a concern especially in view of associated chills.
