Burning /shooting pains on lower abdomen right side for 11 hours (near hips). it comes and goes (interval: mins-1.5 hour). i have chills, frequent urination, feel gassy/bloated (can pass gas) and very anxious. i just finished my period. what to do?

Exam needed: Pains in that region can be from appendix, intestinal, urinary bladder or pelvic organ origin. I recommend being examined by a physician or gynecologist promptly as pelvic inflammatory disease and/or urinary bladder irritation or infection is a concern especially in view of associated chills.
