Eruption pattern: Tooth eruption varies among individuals. I would not be concerned although I would recommend you bring your child to a Pedodontist for an initial routine exam within the next few months.

It is normal: The average age at which a baby gets her first tooth is 6 - 18 month. Even if your child has no teeth yet,, it's no indication that there are any problems with your baby overall development.

Teething onset: Genetically determined. Although 6Months is average, onset may not begin until well after a12 months. ALL children should see Dentist no later than 1st birthday, whether teeth have begun to erupt or not. Pediatric Dental Specialist recommended.
