Eruption of teeth is genetically predetermined... not much you can do about it. It's not bad, it's just the way it is.

Not abnormal, some children will get their teeth earlier while others later. When children's teeth come in later it is called delayed tooth eruption.

Probably ok. All children should have 1st dental check up by their 1st birthday, preferably with dento-facial growth and development specialist, a Pediatric Dental Specialist for a whole list of reasons. Pedodontist can determine your child’s eruption schedule.
