Possibly: If you can relate your chest pain to the timing of your ibuprofen, it is likely swallowing tube irritation/reflux. This is relatively common in teens whose eating habits are irregular and often include caffeine/chocolate and spicy foods. It is not heart related, but it would be worth reviewing the issue with your doc. A few changes in lifestyle/ diet/etc. will usually end this problem.
