Pleez help me . what to do to elevate costochondritis pain . all doc said is to take advil (ibuprofen) . back and chest constantly feels like it needs popped.

Costochondritis: Pain of costochondritis can be very uncomfortable. Take ibuprofen 600 mg every 8 hours. Be sure not to lie directly on the area that is hurting and also stay away from the same positions that caused the pain. Hope you feel better.
