No,: this is most likely normal.

Normal: There is always some fluid produced by the ovaries during ovulation. The ovarian follicle will burst and release the egg as well as some fluid which is commonly seen on ultrasound or CT. The adnexes refers to the ovaries and Fallopian tubes. Trace fluid is normal.
