Gluteal bumps: May be eczema that may be getting infected because of itching or may be fungal infection. You may consider bacitracin in AM with an anti-fungal like over the counter clotrimazole in the PM for 7 days and see if it works, if not try over the counter hydrocortisone for eczema. Discuss with doctor/urgent care
