1 centimeter movable node behind ear?25 y old male. been there for about 3 months, i don't think it has grown. does movable mean its not as serious?

Probably normal : Moveable is always better. If it's painless and asymptomatic, 1cm is normal. If it's starts having symptoms or grows, would be reasonable to work up further or consider removing.
