25 yr old male.lymph node behind right ear,1 cm diameter, movable, found 3 months ago and still there. no other symptoms, could it be lymphoma?

Unlikely: The lymph node is likely in reaction to something in/on your scalp. May be just dandruff. Try washing your scalp every day and see if that helps. Note that it will take a few months for the node to subside after the irritant is taken away.
