Like a splinter: The trick is to get a pair of fine tweezers, good lighting and glasses (if you need them). Take a sharp needle and fine tweezers and clean them, also soak in rubbing alcohol. Dry and place on clean towel, wash the skin area and swab over with rubbing alcohol. Pick the skin over the hair with the needle until the skin is broken then use the tweezers to grab hold of the hair and pull out.
