Scars;VitaminE: Life holds no guarantees as we know, but vitamin e oil placed directly on the scar regularly can help to fade or remove the scar. You can get a bottle of it in the drug store. It's inexpensive and worth a try; just be patient.

Nothing OTC: Ingrown hairs occur usually after shaving. In some persons the hair will curl as it grows back. The sharp, beveled edge allows the hair to dive back into the skin, causing the ingrown hair. If you shave this area then stopping this practice will help prevent this from happening. If you are not shaving and getting a lot of these then you should see a doctor for evaluation.

None: Don't waste your money. Looks like you have some major health issues. You do not need to be concerned about some old scars which nobody else cares about.
