Nothing OTC: Ingrown hairs occur usually after shaving. In some persons the hair will curl as it grows back. The sharp, beveled edge allows the hair to dive back into the skin, causing the ingrown hair. If you shave this area then stopping this practice will help prevent this from happening. If you are not shaving and getting a lot of these then you should see a doctor for evaluation.
