Hard to say: Swelling in absence of pain or traumatic event could be any number of things but definitely less concerning than these same findings in assoc w/ pain or twisting re-injury to knee. If it persists for 10 days or more probably warrants re-evaluation by operating surgeon and if exam findings concerning probably repeat MRI to further evaluate.
