Long rehab: The surgery will repair the damaged areas, and then you will start a long process of physical rehabilitation. Stay diligent in the rehab because after surgery it is the most important aspect of recovering your function.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.

Moderate pain: Depends on how much surgery is to be done. Meniscus only is less complex. Acl reconstruction is more extensive. Usually done as outpatient. Physical therapy as soon as you are able.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
