Diet and exercise: Your body uses triglycerides to transport unneeded carbs to fat cells. First, avoid simple sugars. Get the "white" out of your diet (starches, white sugar, bread, and white rice). Concentrate on greens, and particularly deep green, like kale, spinach, etc. Second, exercise regularly. Your routine should include 10,000 steps daily and aerobic activity for at least 30 minutes daily 4-5 days weekly.
