You cant: Carrots have beta carotene not vitamin a. You can't get vitamin a toxicity from carrots.

No OD from carrots: It is impossible to get Vit A toxicity from too many carrots because carrots have NO Vit A, only beta carotene that our bodies convert to A as needed. Too many carrots can make one's skin turn yellow-orange.
