~Yes: Well it's not normal, shingles is not normal. Lymphadenopathy does occur in shingles occasionally. Where are your shingles? If the nodes are tender you may have secondary infection. You are young to get shingles. Although it can happen at any age it is usually in the elderly or immunompromised. I would, if you have not already done so go and see your doctor for a general evaluation.

Very common: HZ's rash is typically accompanied by a fever and enlarged lymph nodes. If concerned talk to your PCP.
