Slow taper needed: Discontinuation of benzodiapines like clonazepam can be safely done on a gradual basis. It is unclear if you only took l mg daily or multiple,times a day, which will affect your tapering schedule. If you are also taking lorazepam, this is very similar, and perhaps the clonazepam could just be stopped. If you don't have a doc, ask your pharmacist, or an ask a nurse program. Stop concerns of death.
