A member asked:

Is vitamin b good for nausea? a pharmacist recommended it, but i'm questioning it. i don't vomit, but some days the nausea is really tough. b6 or b12?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Nausea in Pregnancy: Vitamin B6 is indeed helpful to treat nausea and vomiting in pregnancy. The typical dose is 25 mg every 8 hours as needed. You can also use this in combination with a single 25 mg dose of "Unisom" at bedtime. Best wishes and congrats on your pregnancy.
