How can i take better care of my feet and prevent injury as a dancer? i am a ballet dancer and wear pointe shoes. just want advice please :)

Strengthen feet: To prevent injury, strengthening your feet with resistance training through full ranges of motion, especially the subtalar & midtarsal joints in dancers on pointe. Wash with soap between toes @ least once a day to prevent fungus toenails.
