I am 31 yrs old and my cycle is slowly increasing in length. i am around 38/39 days right now. it increases around 1 day a month. should i worry?

No: This mean you are probably ovulating later but if shouldn't be a concern unless you cycle get to about 41 days. If it continues to increase in length then see you doc. It could mean you are not ovulating regularly.
