What happens if one possibly took 2 omnicefs (cefdinir)?

You should be ok: You should not notice any adverse effects. Cefdinir is usually prescribed in 300mg tabs twice a day but can also be taken as 600mg once daily. Even a one time dose of two 600mg pills shouldn`t cause any problems.

I was diagnosed with strep two days ago, prescribed omnicef, had severe fever and body aches, now I overall feel better. However, I still have headaches, a very bad sore throat, and I still see many white spots in my throat, even after antibiotics.
