Need more info: Have you been checked for lumbar disc disease or spinal stenosis? Do you have symptoms worse in one leg than the other? Is there also weakness? These factors need to be addressed. You may also need pain medication designed for chronic pain - NSAIDS and narcotics are intended for acute pain. They are not baseline therapy for chronic pain, a different animal than acute pain.
