Hi i had a laminectomy in 2015 l5 and s1 i have been getting bad pins and needles in my legs should i be concerned ?

Sensory neuropathy: The symptom may be sensory neuropathy caused by spinal disc compression or osteoarthritis of the spine. Ask you MD to get EMG of legs, and an X ray and MRI os the lumbar and sacral spine. Also full neurlogical exmination of the legs is warranted.
