Possibly: You will need to watch for symptoms. If this is a very recent event (within a few hours) give it a day or two. Beyond that point any discomfort in the area should be checked out by a Dentist. Typically the initial shock of the trauma will wear off within hours unless permanent damage has been done.

Trauma: You should have the tooth evaluated by a dentist. It's unlikely that you will have any permanent damage, but the tooth should be seen and your dentist can discuss how best to monitor this over time. It's also not impossible that you have an unrelated issue that require treatment.
