I had a pocket flashlight in my mouth it accidentally went upwards an hit the bottom of front tooth, it was about a medium impact/force, my tooth hurts mildly, its not loose or chipped. im worried. should i be concerned about having brain injury?

Contact your regular dentist and get your tooth evaluated. This would be an unusual mechanism for a "brain injury".
