See dentist: The trauma may have damaged your tooth. See a dentist and get it checked

Get checked: It is normal to have sensitivity for at least a couple of weeks due to trauma, after that it is better to get check and Rx taken. We need to rule out a possible nerve damage, fracture, etc.

Sore tooth: When a tooth is traumatized the pulpal tissuesinsidethe nerve chamber begin to swell. That can be quite painful and can even result in death of these tissues requiring root canal treatment. Your Dentist should have baseline, x-rays on file. Comparison of baseline films with new films may reveal fractured root, fractured bone, etc. Please see your Dentist now.
