Avoid dieting: Eating less is an essential part of losing weight. Also important are aerobic & resistance exercise, 7-8 hours sleep (!), drinking plenty water, and avoiding simple carbs. Avoid dieting - It's really a healthy active lifestyle (not the cover-girl) that you are after. It's sustainable, and lets your natural beauty come out. Diet/exercise/and...: portion control: Diet: fish, foul, fruit fiber ( fist sized portions) cereals, 8-10 glasses of water daily, high and low burst interval aerobics. Portion control with 4-6 small meals daily.
