Eat less nd exercise: You need to decrease your extra calories by eating less carbohydrate, eliminate sweetened drinks and sweets. At the same time you increase your physical activity - sit less, stand snd walk more, take the stairs, park further, and exercise

Simple, not easy!: The bottom line comes down to this: eat less, exercise more. There are a lot of great checklists for weight loss on Health Tap - go through them and pick the one you like best and get started! Good luck!

Need more info: What is your height and weight? With this information & an online BMI calculator, you can find your Body Mass Index. Where do you fit? Underweight: BMI less than 18.5; Healthy weight: BMI 18.5 to 24.9; Overweight: BMI 25 to 29.9; Obese: BMI 30 or higher. So you want healthy, not skinny. Well ????: This is a open ended question. See a doctor to make sure that there is not some underlying cause of your excess weight. Assuming that there is not, then calorie restricted diet and exercise program would be a good start.
