Lean protein, etc...: Eating foods with lean protein (such as chicken breast), healthier types of fats (such as in olive oil or in nuts), and complex whole grain carbohydrates would be good choices. Avoid sugars and simple starches. Do exercise and sports, because that improves the muscles in the body.
