Diet/exercise: I wish their was a magic way to lose weight, then i would be skinny. It all boils down to calories in and calories out no matter what fad or program you do. Pick a reasonable exercise program and diet plan and be consistent . 1-2 lbs a week is reasonable. Good luck to you, you can do it! In your case keep up the workouts, do a low carb diet like South Beach.
