Growth: the answer is no as the growth plates closed up 20 yrs ago however she can add a few inches onto her heels

Isn't going to happn: I suppose you could invest a year or two of your life and have a major surgery on your legs to lengthen them. Short of this major effort, it is not going to happen.In fact, a subtle shortening over time is more likely.
