Many possibilities: "Can't keep food down" is a behavior under Mind↔Brain control whereas "ulcer" is a term for a portion of tissue which does not heal, for whatever reason. As embodied Soul↔Mind↔Brain↔Body creatures, control is more top down than bottom up. Most public, Docs & ads promote body only; so sad/naive. While H. pylori seems to commonly play a role in ulcers, many more powerful additional issues involved.
