IBD vs IBS: You say you have both IBD and IBS. Very unusual. Would see board certified gastroenterologist for a firm diagnosis and then treatment. That is the only way you can get better and feel better.

Blood work is normal, colonoscopy is normal (no signs of ulcers or bleeding), biopsy showed Ulcerative colitis. Still finding blood in stool. how is this possible?
