Sounds like: a viral gastroenteritis (norovirus the most common) Eat lightly, clear fluids and isolate your dishes WASH hands FREQUENTLY to avoid spread in Household! Usually over with by 10 days ,,,if not check with your Primary Care Provider! Hope this helps Happy New Year! Dr Z
